Get to know our 7000 Crusher
As the largest crusher in our range, the 7000 is an impressive 700mm x 400mm jaw action crusher. It’s fitted with a hydraulically driven vibratory tray and can be operated remotely with a wireless handset. Grizzly bars have been fitted to separate the fine material from the material travelling into the jaw, which allows output product sizes to range from 30mm to 120mm. By adding a magnet conveyor to this crusher, it comes with the added benefit of being able to remove steel and metallic objects often found in rubble – with the unique opportunity for waste steel to be sold as scrap for additional financial gain.
Let’s meet our 3-Way Screener
Small but mighty, our 3-Way Screener can certainly hold its own amongst its larger counterparts on a construction site. Complete with a receiving hopper, double-deck screen, Kubota three-cylinder diesel engine and three stock-piling conveyors, this screener can be quickly put to work. The screened material can be separated exactly where it’s needed on site, and oversize and undersize contamination can be removed to create usable finished products from waste. You can even choose between our standard or plus model to suit the size and scale of your project.

It’s easy to connect the 3-Way Screener to our 7000, creating a holistic pathway for waste rubble to be crushed and sorted into three different sizes – from topsoil, to 70mm of material depending on the screener mesh.
