Red Rhino Crushers (UK) Ltd has been building on their reputation for excellent machinery ever since its acquisition in 2009. Based out of world-class, manufacturing facilities in the heart of Lincolnshire, Red Rhino has consistently proven itself as an industry leader by introducing innovative products of unrivalled quality.
Engineering Facility – This is where the complex mechanisms which power our crushers are fabricated and refined by our team of expert engineers. We’ve invested in state of the art technology like our laser cutting machine and CNC machining centre to ensure our products surpass the competition whilst showcasing the best of British engineering.
Production Facility – Here, the rolling production line serves as the backbone of our business. Both static and mobile equipment are employed in this highly streamlined process. Built piece by piece to exacting standards, Red Rhino crushers continue to thrive at home and abroad, thanks to the skill, dedication, and passion of everyone who helps build them.
Almost all of the parts we use to build our machines are produced right here in Grantham. Not only does this provide our customers with the best possible value for money, it also means that every component can be purpose built, and assessed, in-house. Investing in our own facilities strengthens our business whilst creating more British jobs.

With our entry level crushers capable of handling 6-8 tonnes per hour, up to the 7000 Series which can process up to 45 tonnes per hour, we have a machine to suit all needs.
The 3000 is a 500mm x 250mm jaw action crusher. Instant hydraulic adjustable jaws allow output product sizes to range from 20mm up to 100mm.
The 4000 is a 400mm x 170mm jaw action crusher. Instant hydraulic adjustable jaws allow output product sizes to range from 20mm up to 80mm. Dust suppression is fitted as standard, by means of fine water spray nozzles utilising standard domestic hose pressure.
The 5000 is a 500mm x 250 mm jaw action crusher. Instant hydraulic adjustable jaws allow output product sizes to range from 20mm up to 100mm. Being only 1665mm wide, the 5000 can enter sites where access and space are restricted. Dust suppression is fitted as standard, by means of fine water spray nozzles utilising standard domestic hose pressure.
The 5000 Plus is similar to the standard 5000 but with the added feature of a vibrating feeder. This addition is hydraulically driven and operated by the remote-control handset.
The 5000 Static Electric is a 500mm x 250mm jaw action crusher. Adjustable hydraulic jaws allow for product sizes between 20mm and 100mm as well as additional sizes which can be arranged by request if necessary.
The 7000 Plus is a 700mm x 400mm jaw action crusher fitted with a hydraulically driven vibratory tray. The material to be processed is moved in a fast, constant linear action into the jaw. The speed of the feeder can be controlled from the operator’s handset.
This self-contained plant is complete with a receiving hopper, double-deck screen, Kubota three-cylinder diesel engine and three stock-piling conveyors, all mounted on a track chassis with remote control.
It is designed for customers who need three screened products and is ideal for landscaping, golf courses, crushed rock, hard core and beach cleaning.
This self-contained plant is complete with a receiving hopper, double-deck screen, Kubota three-cylinder diesel engine, three extended stock- piling conveyors, all mounted on a track chassis with remote control.
The SP30 is a towable site mobile rigid stacker conveyor. The single axle wheel position can be manually altered to offer multiple radius stock piles. The total weight with the power pack is 1750kg which makes it easily manoeuvrable on site.
The 8000 is a 800mm x 500mm jaw action crusher fitted with a hydraulically driven vibrating tray. The material to be processed is moved in a fast constant linear action in to the jaw. Grizzly bars are fitted to separate the fines material from the material travelling in to the jaw.
which encompasses an impressive range of manufacturing equipment housing a state of the art Laser Cutting Machine, CNC Machining Centre, Press Brake and Welding Stations.
