The 7000 is a 700mm x 400mm jaw action crusher fitted with a hydraulically driven vibratory tray. The material to be processed is moved in a fast, constant linear action into the jaw. The speed of the feeder can be controlled from the operator’s handset.
Grizzly bars are fitted to separate the fines material from the material travelling in to the jaw.
The feeder base is fitted with wear plates to cater for abrasive materials and can be replaced during maintenance periods. Instant hydraulic adjustable jaws allow output product sizes to range from 30mm to 120mm.Purchasing a 7000 Plus for recycling demolition and construction waste is a cost-efficient method of avoiding large landfill costs, onsite recycling and reducing demolition rubble to a useable product.
By adding a magnet conveyor to this crusher there is the added benefit of removing the steel found in your rubble but also recycling this “waste” steel to the scrap yards for additional financial value gain.
The wireless remote-control system means safe operation of the crusher on the safety of an excavator or loading shovel cab.

The Red Rhino 7000 is designed for recycling construction and demolition waste, including rubble that can be reduced into reusable material on site.
Its hydraulically adjustable jaws produce an average material size from 30 mm to 120 mm, allowing the operator to change the finished product size for different site requirements.
The crusher uses a wireless remote-control system, so the operator can control its functions from an excavator or loading shovel cab.
The grizzly bars separate fines before material enters the jaw. An optional magnet conveyor can also remove steel from crushed rubble for separate recycling.
