There are three models of crusher that make up our 5000 range; the 5000, 5000 Plus and the 5000

5000
One of our most versatile and cost-effective machines, the 5000 is a 500mm x 250mm jaw action
crusher with instant hydraulic adjustable jaws. Its narrow frame offers a nimble solution for access
to sites where space is restricted, but where it saves on space it makes up in power – with output
product sizes ranging from 20mm, up to 100mm. It is conveniently operated by a remote-control
handset which allows you to easily manoeuvre the machine.
5000 Plus
Similar to the standard 5000 in specification and design, the 5000 Plus offers the additional benefit
of a hydraulic-powered vibrating feeder that is also operated by a remote-control handset. The
vibrating feeder can accommodate a wide range of particle sizes – sending materials continuously
and evenly through the machine. Dust suppression is fitted as standard for both the 5000 and the
5000 Plus.
5000 Static Electric
While the 5000 Static Electric has the same power output as its counterparts, it is a much more
sustainable solution for when considering the environmental impact of operating such machinery.
The powerful 400/15KW AC electric motor comes complete with overload protection and can be set-
up and operational within five minutes.
