It was a night to remember for our team after we recently took home the Family Business of the Year award at the glittering Midlands Family Business Awards.
The coveted annual ceremony shines a light on family businesses of all sizes from across a range of sectors, providing them with the opportunity to be recognised for their significant contribution to the region’s economy and its local communities.
Over fifty businesses were shortlisted across nine categories – including Sustainability, Property & Construction Excellence, Digital & Tech Innovation and Family Business of the Year.
Following a rigorous judging process, Red Rhino was named as the winner of the Family Business of the Year category. The judges recognised the team’s drive, passion and ability to embrace innovation, as well as its ongoing commitment to demonstrate excellence in business performance while fostering a culture of integrity, resilience and long-term vision.
We scooped the Family Business of the Year award at a glittering event on Thursday 3rd October at Athena in Leicester.
For company Director, Laura Winfield, it was a special occasion for the whole team and testament to the positive influence that family businesses have on the national economy.
