The 8000 is a 800mm x 500mm jaw action crusher fitted with a hydraulically driven vibrating tray. The material to be processed is moved in a fast constant linear action in to the jaw. Grizzly bars are fitted to separate the fines material from the material travelling in to the jaw.
The grizzly feeder also has hydraulically foldable sides for ease of transport.
The speed of the feeder can be controlled from the operators handset. The feeder base is fitted with wear plates to cater for abrasive materials and can be replaced during maintenance periods.
The wireless remote control system means safe operation of the crusher from the safety of an excavator or loading shovel cab.
Instant hydraulic adjustable jaws can be adjusted on the fly allowing the operator to adjust the product size without stopping. This means less down time and more productivity.
The 8000 is suitable for quarry use and large demolition jobs.
