RR 3000 Jaw Crusher

The 3000 is a 500mm x 250mm jaw action crusher. Instant hydraulic adjustable jaws allow output product sizes to range from 20mm up to 100mm.

Dust suppression is fitted as standard, by means of fine water spray nozzles utilising standard domestic hose pressure.
The 3000 crusher can be powered by the use of hydraulic powerpacks or any auxiliary hydraulic supply from a Tractor, Bobcat or any other similar plant. This model is available with either 3-point linkage or skid steer attachment. It is also fitted as standard with fork truck lifting points. Please ask for details of hydraulic requirements. Electric versions are also available.

 

Purchasing a 3000 for small scale crushing is a very cost- effective method of avoiding large muck away bills and bought in hardcore costs. Simply move the crusher into position, plug in the hydraulic/electric supply and you are ready to crush in less than 5 minutes.

The Rhino 3000 has an approximate output of 15–20 tonnes per hour. Actual throughput depends on the material, jaw setting, loading method and operator proficiency.

Its hydraulically adjustable jaws can produce material from around 20 mm to 100 mm, letting you select a suitable size for backfill, sub-base and other site uses.

It can run from a hydraulic powerpack or an auxiliary hydraulic supply from equipment such as a tractor, Bobcat or similar plant. Electric versions are also available.
