We are pleased to share that our flagship model, the RR 8000 crusher, has received exceptional feedback from customers since its launch.
The RR 8000 machine, which is our largest crusher to date, has been praised by customers who have found it a perfect match for their requirements.
Weighing 7.5 tonnes and featuring a 800mm x 500mm x1300mm deep crushing chamber – one of the deepest available – the 8000 was engineered to fill a gap in the market for high-capacity crushing equipment.
Our crusher uses a hydraulically powered vibrating tray to feed material at a controlled, constant rate. Fitted grizzly bars remove smaller material before it enters the jaw, and the feeder sides fold hydraulically to simplify loading and transportation.
The positive reception for our RR 8000 crusher reinforces our standing as a manufacturer of robust, high-quality machinery.
Job Winfield at Red Rhino commented: “We’re thrilled that the 8000 has been so well received by our customers.
“When we learnt that demolition contractors, recycling yards, and hire companies were seeking a heavy-duty yet compact crusher for demanding projects, such as those in quarries or large-scale developments, we began developing the ideal solution.
“With wear plates, wireless remote controls and
adjustable hydraulic jaws, our RR 8000 is exactly what the industry needs it to
be. It’s robust yet easy to operate. It’s powerful while still remaining
practical.”
We extensively tested the RR 8000 in the field prior to launch, developing it with strength in mind. Job explained: “This particular crusher box features more cast components which are superior in
strength to their fabricated equivalent, ensuring it can tackle even the toughest jobs.”
Like all our products, the 8000 is designed and manufactured entirely at our facility in Grantham, Lincolnshire, backed by over 60 years of engineering expertise.
Job added: “The future is exciting for Red Rhino. As our customers’ needs develop, so will our machinery, and we’ll always be prepared to deliver the innovative solutions they depend on.”
